St Austell Brewery has been brewing beer and real ale in Cornwall since 1851. It also runs 169 of the most popular pubs in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Come and explore St Austell Brewery’s museum and learn the fascinating story of our pubs, beers, wines and spirits and the Cornish families who have created them.
Fantastically interactive, walk through a Victorian brewery and experience first hand the whole brewing process, from the secret spring that supplies water to the crucial fermentation stage. The Visitor Centre has just won a Bronze award in the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
Reward yourself at the end of the tour in the Hicks Bar, by sampling some beers and enjoying some home cooked pub food.
