Falmouth is one of Cornwall's most popular places to visit because of its unique mix of attractions, water sports, beaches, history and places to eat. The National Maritime Museum, Cornwall and Pendennis Castle are both high on visitors lists of places to visit and the views from Pendennis on a fine day a truly magical. Riverstones is a fantastic cottage - canA?t fault it at all. Newly refurbished and prepared to such a high standard of cleanliness. It had all the equipment we neededA? and more. From dishwasher to washer/dryer, beach chairs to body boards and literally hundreds of movies on dvd to chose from. The sofas and beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of storage in the bedrooms. The parking space is right outside which is great for unpacking. Pendra Loweth is a quiet valley with gorgeous landscaping and planting. Close by are beautiful beaches at Swanpool and Gyllyngvase and Falmouth has great shopping, places to eat and the maritime museum. Within about one hours drive you can reach lots of other places in Cornwall such as Eden project, Newquay and St Ives. We had a fantastic week and would definitely recommend Riverstones.

Cannot fault this place at all from the cost which was fab, the cleanliness of the house was superb and all the information was covered regarding your stay within the house. I must also say receiving a personal email from Janet about the essentials like water tank info etc was brilliant. The location was fab only a 5-10 minutes drive into Falmouth itself and a 2 minute drive from the fab maenporth beach made it even better! Would absolutely recommend, comfortably accommodated us as a family of 6!
