Newquay's bustling, vibrant town centre which has a wide variety of bars, beach-front cafes, brasseries and restaurants. Newquay Harbour is also a short walk, historically a significant port but now a working fishing harbour and a hub for water sports including surfing, kayaking and paddle-boarding along with fishing trips and powerboat rides. If water sport isn’t your thing, then sit and relax with a drink and watch the family from the Harbour Fish & Grill or Boathouse bars and restaurants.
This 3rd-floor contemporary apartment in the prestigious One Lusty Glaze complex has been luxuriously finished and the views are superb. A large open-plan living area opens out onto a private balcony that is west facing and so benefits from the sun all through the afternoon and evening. There can be few better spots to enjoy a sundowner while watching the sunset across Newquay Bay, the Headland Hotel and the magical Cornish Coast. The living area is beautifully appointed and suitably decadent with just about everything you could wish for, from a large wrap around sofa to a kitchen with all the bells and whistles. There are TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room and really comfortable beds including a zip and link 5' double / 2'6" twin to cater for different group structures.

Third Floor only: Entrance lobby on the ground floor with stairs or lift to 3rd floor. The front door enters into a corridor with doors leading to; Double bedroom 5' zip and link double bed which can be made up as a twin with 2'6" beds, wall-mounted TV, and storage, with views east towards Watergate Bay, Bedruthan and Mawgan Porth. Twin bedroom with 3' beds, storage, wall-mounted TV, views east. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin. Master bedroom with 5' bed, double aspect with views to the east, wall-mounted TV and DVD, storage and en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin. Open-plan living, dining and, kitchen with a beautiful finish. There are a dining table and chairs and a large L shaped corner sofa with comfortable chairs in front of a large Smart TV. Bifold doors open onto the substantial balcony.
Exterior: Large balcony with rattan furniture and superb views across Newquay Harbour to the Headland Hotel.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via electric underfloor central heating and air extraction system. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment including an electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and Sonos speaker. There is also a utility cupboard in the hall with a combined washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a large digital flatscreen Smart TV in the lounge and each bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV (with integral DVD in the master bedroom). There is unlimited Wi-Fi available and 4G mobile reception. There is a hairdryer available and, there is lift or stair access from the ground floor.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included, but you will need to provide your own beach towels. No smoking is allowed in the property. Two well-behaved dogs are permitted at the property at the small extra charge of £30 per dog per week. There is one allocated private parking space to the rear of the apartment block. If more parking is required, there is a pay and display car park 500m from the property above Lusty Glaze beach. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available for guests.

Property Location
Watergate Bay and The Extreme Academy offer expert surfing and kite-surfing tuition and a plethora of other activities to keep even the most active occupied. The Lappa Valley Steam Railway just outside Newquay offers the whole family an interesting day out and, Trerice, run by the National Trust is just 3 miles outside town and is an Elizabethan Manor House and Garden although, with restricted winter opening times.
Newquay Airport has made the north coast one of the easiest places in Cornwall to get to, with regular flights from various locations across the UK.
