Having recently undergone extensive renovation work, this traditional Cornish cottage has retained its' true character whilst offering the very best in home comforts. Yet Gwynn is a delightful, modernised cottage, ideally situated between the world famous Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan, near to the quaint fishing village of Mevagissey and just a couple of miles from the nearest beaches.

Superbly presented by the Owner's, Yet Gwynn offers accommodation for up to 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 bunk bedded room. Although the cottage has smaller rooms than modern hoouses, they are full of character with low beams and small doorways - you will have to watch your head! The lounge has a lovely open fire which is ideal for those staying during the colder months.

Nearby
There is a small post office & general stores next door to the property and there is an Asda & Tesco together with many other shops with 10-15 minutes in St Austell. The Polgooth Inn is a short walk away and there are many other pubs in Mevagissey, St Austell and surrounding villlages. There are beaches at Pentewan, Porthpean & Duporth all less than 10 minutes drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are only 2 miles away and the Eden Project is 6 miles away.
