Situated in the popular harbour village of St Mawes, Woodhambury House is a very spacious detached house set within its own well kept gardens.  The house is comfortably furnished and the first floor lounge has views towards the Percuil River.  The house also benefits from having its own considerable sized off road parking.

Woodhambury House is located on the eastern side of the village of St Mawes with very easy access to the quays of the Percuil River for those boating enthusiasts or it is only a short walk to Summers Beach with its delightful views over St Mawes Bay.  The harbour itself with its shops, pubs and restaurants is about a 10 minute walk away through some of the narrow pathways on this side of the village.  Surrounded by some of the best houses in St Mawes, Woodhambury is an ideal place to stay when visiting St Mawes.

St Mawes itself really is a wonderful place to spend a holiday.  Staying at Woodhambury, you would not need to get in your car all week.  Walk down to the harbour in the morning, enjoy a coffee and croissant in the summer sun while watching the ferries come and go!  Catch the ferry to Place Manor and stroll along the stunning coastal footpath around St Anthony's Head or catch another ferry to Falmouth and visit the National Maritime Museum!  There is an endless list of things to do and it is just great to stay in St Mawes!

Accommodation
The ground floor has a large dining room, kitchen and separate breakfast room.  The dining room and breakfast room both overlook the well kept gardens to the front of the building.  The main double bedroom is situated on the ground floor with a walk in dressing room and ensuite shower room.  The kitchen itself is well equipped with an integrated double oven, separate hob, integrated dishwasher and integrated fridge freezer.  Full washing facilities are in a separate utility room to the rear.

The first floor has a superb lounge to the rear with views towards the Percuil River.  There is a TV and DVD player.  There is a further double bedroom, twin bedroom and bunk bedded room on the first floor.

Linen, towels, electricity and oil fired central heating are all included.

Miscellaneous
There is off road private parking for up to 4 cars.  There is a superb local Spar shop in St Mawes. Pubs in St Mawes, Portscatho (5 miles) or Philleigh (7 miles). We regret that there is no smoking allowed and pets are not permitted
