Trewince Manor is a Grade II Georgian listed house and the lodge is situated in 26 acres on the Roseland Peninsular. It is a beautiful and quiet area with lovely beaches nearby. It is within easy reach of Eden, Lost Gardens of Heligan, National Seal Sanctuary, St Mawes Castle and a number of National Trust gardens. Horse riding is available at the farm next door and boating is available from Percuil, which is nearby. Falmouth is a 20 minute ferry ride from St Mawes. There are large supermarkets available in Truro and St Austell.



The accommodation sleeps six people in three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and is on two floors. The upper floor has the master bedroom with French windows to a private balcony, a spacious landing with large wardrobes and large bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Downstairs, the front door opens onto a hallway. There are two further bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower and a large lounge/kitchen/ dining area with walk-in storage cupboard. The kitchen area includes an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, separate freezer and microwave. The lounge includes television, Sky, video player and radio cassette player. Sliding patio doors lead to a verandah, with table and chairs and sea views. There is an outside storage cupboard.

Towels and bed linen are included. There is no smoking in the lodge. Regret no dogs. 

The rental includes use of the 13m indoor pool. Opening times vary. Please bring towels for the pool as Lodge towels may not be used.

Use of the quay at Trewince is by arrangement & small craft moorings are available.

Price £1149 for the week commencing 21 August plus a pre-authorised security deposit of £100 on your credit or debit card. 
A charge for electricity is made based on usage and payment is made at the office on departure.
