A detached holiday home with a large, south facing enclosed garden in a convenient location close to the cathedral city of Truro and within easy reach of either the north or south coast. The surf beaches at Porthtowan or St Agnes are within a short drive and the delights of the Fal estuary are nearby.

Prosper Cottage is an attractively built modern house which has been give a real local feel by the use of Cornish stone on the elevations. It is set in a really peaceful location on the edge of the estate, with fields surrounding. There is a ground floor sitting & dining room with a well fitted modern kitchen to the rear. The first floor has a good sized master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The second double room and first floor single room both have views over the surrounding countryside. The rear garden is lovely, peaceful and quite private and is a great place to relax. The cottage benefits from good storage throughout and is very well presented by the Owner.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall with cloakroom & WC, sitting room with dining area, kitchen with breakfast table, single bedroom with french windows onto the patio.

First Floor: Landing, master double bedroom with king sized bed & built in wardrobes & en-suite shower room, family bathroom, single bedroom and further double bedroom with built in wardrobe.

Exterior: Garden with exterior furniture.

Heating is via gas fired central heating throughout. There is a TV & DVD player in the sitting room and books & kids games. The master bedroom has another TV & DVD player. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment & washing drier machine. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a BBQ in the garden.

Heating, electricity & bed linen is all included, but you need to bring your own towels. There is parking in a designated space for 1 car and an on-street permit for a second car. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at no extra charge. Regrettably no smoking is allowed at the property.

Truro has a wide range of shops, restaurants and pubs. There is both a Tesco & Sainsburys, M&S and also a number of smaller boutique shops around the city centre. There is also the Hall for Cornwall which hosts regular concerts & shows. There is also a cinema.

Truro Pool & Leisure Centre is a short walk from the house and there is a golf course within walking distance.
