The Old Loft is a delightful converted old coach house in a very peaceful part of the Roseland.  Ideal for couples looking for smaller properties, the Old Loft is in a central location and is perfect as a base for exploring the area.  This classic old Cornish stone coach house was last used as a sail loft before having been really comfortably converted by the owners to offer a very pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

Located next to the owner's house at Treluggan in a very peaceful part of the Roseland, the Old Loft is a self contained barn conversion with its own patio area.  It really is ideally located no more than 2 or 3 minutes drive from Pendower Beach or you can walk there in about 20 minutes, about 8 minutes from Portscatho and about 10 minutes from St Mawes.  Also, the King Harry Ferry is only a short drive away which makes exploring further afield very easy. 

Accommodation
Ground floor only:  The large french windows lead into the main lounge area with a open beamed ceiling and a fitted kitchen to one end with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.  There is a comfortable double bedroom and shower room /WC to the end of the building.

Facilities & Services
Inclusive electricity and heating.  Duvets & towels are provided. There is an outside patio and a barbeque.

Miscellaneous
There is a parking area for 1 car. There is a local shop in Portscatho (2.2 miles), Veryan (2.8 miles) or in St Mawes (5.8 miles). Pubs in Philleigh (1.9 miles), St Mawes, Portscatho, Veryan  or Ruan Lanihorne (3.6 miles). We regret that there is no smoking allowed but well behaved pets are permitted.
