The Old Coach House in the historic village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall is filled with character and hospitality. This beautiful 3 bedroomed self-catering cottage offers all the comforts of home in an idyllic setting. Well equipped and in the heart of the village this is a perfect base for exploring St Mawes, the Fal Estuary and the famous waterside church in St Just. Both the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are nearby and it is only a short drive to the cathedral city of Truro.
The front door of the cottage leads into a large lounge with woodburning stove, comfy sofas, television and DVD player. From the lounge a door leads through to the kitchen at the rear of the property which has French doors opening onto a stone terrace – perfect for summer evening BBQ’s. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms & 1 twin room – two of which are en-suite, there is a further bathroom and all are decorated to a high standard throughout. There is parking in a communal courtyard at the rear of the property.

The house has gas central heating throughout and there is a large wood burning stove in the lounge. There is WiFi, a TV & DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, double oven and ceramic hob.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included at the Old Coach House, but please do bring your own beach towels. There is a dedicated car parking space in a communal courtyard to the rear of the cottage and further parking is available on the road. A cot and highchair are available on request. We regret no smoking is permitted and no dogs are permitted at this property.
Arrival / Departure is on a Saturday and short breaks are available at quieter times of the year.
