break for a couple.
Accommodation Ground Floor: Hall, open plan kitchen, dining area with bay window seats and fabulous sea views. Twin bedroom with en-suite dressing room and shower room.
First Floor: Lounge with double doors to balcony with superb sea views. Double bedroom with king sized bed, family bathroom with over bath shower. Master double bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite shower room. Second Floor: Second lounge with sea views.
Exterior: Balcony with external garden furniture.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer / drier. The lounge area has a flatscreen digital FreeviewTV & DVD player, CD & Radio. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Parking is available either on the quay which is a few paces from Number Eleven or the main car park. Regrettably no dogs are allowed. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.
General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday. Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.

St Mawes is one of the finest waterside villages in Cornwall. Situated overlooking an idyllic bay on the eastern side of the famous Falmouth Estuary, St Mawes has one of the mildest climates in Britain due to its proximity to the Gulf Stream. The sea is at the heart of the village and has helped to shape St Mawes from the little fishing village to the fashionable holiday destination that is so popular with visitors. A mecca for boating enthusiasts, St Mawes is a particularly popular sailing centre. Weekly club racing, village regattas and larger events are commonplace on the superb waters of the bay all through the summer.
St Mawes has so much to offer the visitor. St Mawes Castle was built by Henry VIII and is a splendid place to take in the views of the Carrick Roads. There are miles of coastal and countryside walks to take in and some idyllic beaches on which to relax and watch the world go by. The little Place Ferry takes visitors to explore St Anthony's Head or there are regular ferries to Falmouth. Being situated on the seafront, the village is also known for the restaurants and pubs that serve superb fish and shellfish dishes all year round.
There is a selection of pubs & hotels with restaurants (including the renowned Tresanton Hotel) all within easy walking distance. There is a range of shops all within a few minutes’ walk including a well-stocked Cooperative store, Post Office, chemist, butchers, and art, book and clothes shops. The village also has a doctor’s surgery and a dentist’s surgery.
Another superb holiday in St Mawes. We really liked Number Eleven - very luxurious with a very high spec. finish and lots of space. There were some thoughtful touches such as soaps in the bathrooms and plenty of washing up liquid, loo roll etc. The flowers and cream tea were much appreciated. There was a useful sheet regarding the house and leaflets on the area. Our son really liked the attic room and the games and books were most appreciated. We loved being able to look out at all the happenings on the water from the first floor lounge which was lovely and sunny all morning. Thanks again!
