The serene beauty of the Helford River has been enjoyed by generations.
The location is ideal for touring the area, visiting the nearby gardens at Glendurgan or Trebah or soaking up the sun on the terrace of the nearby Ferryboat Inn at Helford Passage.
There are miles of walks along the river towards Falmouth or the Lizard.
The cottages have reverse level accommodation to take advantage of the view.
These cottages share a pretty and sheltered cobbled courtyard with a small pond to the front as wall as a second terrace and lawn to the rear.
Nancenoy has an exposed stone wall in the open plan kitchen / living room which has been extremely well presented by the Owners.
There is a cosy wood burning stove for colder winter evenings with unlimited wood supplied.
The sitting area leads to a pretty little balcony with views to the creek; here you can relax and enjoy an alfesco meal whilst taking in the fabulous views. Downstairs the fully fitted white bathroom is next door to the double room with a door leading onto the terrace.

First Floor: Open plan living room with kitchen and dining area.
Exterior: Shared cobbled terrace to the front with a further small shared terrace to the rear.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via the wood burning stove with unlimited wood provided, night storage and electric heaters.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer & microwave. A washing machine is available in a shared laundry room.
In the living area there is a flatscreen TV & DVD player.
There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Micellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels.
Wood is supplied for the wood burning stove. WE REGRET THAT NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14 ARE ALLOWED. Regrettably no dogs or smoking is allowed.
There is a parking space available.
Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday. Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.
£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
WINTER WARMER - Enjoy a complimentary warming local winter supper on arrival for every 7 day booking November to March! A dish of hearty casserole or similar using local produce will be provided by the Owner for you to enjoy on your first evening.
North Helford covers the area from Maenporth to Helston and includes places such as Mawnan Smith, Helford Passage, Constantine & Gweek. The area has many delights such as Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens, The Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, Goonhilly Earth and Satellite Station and The Ferry Boat Inn. With easy access to Falmouth, attractions such as The National Maritime Museum Falmouth, Rick Steins Fish and Chips on Discovery Quay, Pendennis Castle and even St Mawes Castle via a 20 minute foot ferry, are all within reach.
Daphne du Maurier wrote her only romantic novel Frenchmans Creek about the River Helford, and who can blame her, the views really are beautiful. Glendurgan Gardens run by the National Trust hold a 176 year old laurel maze and the 'Giants Stride' swing most popular with children. St Anthony-in-Meneage holds a lovely little church primarily of medieval architecture. Maenporth
beach tucked away on the westerly edge of Falmouth Bay boast spectacular views, well worth a visit.
We really enjoyed our holiday at Nancenoy. The cottage more than lived up to our expectations and the owners have made it a real home from home, very well equipped and we were made to feel very welcome.
