Guest from Worthing stayed for 7 nights.
On arrival had a warm welcome from both Marjorie & Kevin. There was a lovely surprise of a hamper with lots of goodies, scones and also milk in the fridge, this saved us having to go shopping on arrival. The standard inside was excellent and very comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous and we took the opportunity of fishing the river. Excellent for dogs as the grounds are safe. We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend to friends and family. Mandy & Geoff Hewett.
Guest from Greenwith stayed for 6 nights.
Our stay was for 6 nights, we wish we could have stayed longer. Such an idyllic location, central to most holiday spots. Our hosts Marjorie and Kevin were superb, providing us with a most memorable holiday. The apartment whilst compact had everything and more, plus a beautiful surprise arrival basket full of goodies. The walk down by the river is beautiful, and not to be missed. If possible I suggest that arrival by the A38 is better than taking the A30, which is fairly tricky down rather narrow windy lanes. Overall this place more than exceeded our expectations, a gem to behold.
Guest from Chatham stayed for 6 nights.
When we booked kingfisher cottage we were not sure!!! But when we turned up it was the same place we stayed over 30 years ago we had the fisherman's cottage then. It is in a lovely location and central for all the sights around. The host makes you so welcome and the accommodation was so clean that is a bonus to us. The welcome pack is fit for a king. We liked it so much we are booking to go back. This time I will be trying out the fishing in the river only a short walk down the slope.
Guest from Stockton stayed for 14 nights.

Guest from Bournemouth stayed for 7 nights.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kingfisher, we were greeted by the owners and had a glorious welcome basket laden with locally made chocolates, fudge, biscuits and lots of other goodies including a bottle of wine. The cottage was beautiful. And very clean with everything you could need. It is set in beautiful relaxing grounds where you can wander along the river or sit by the lake, it is so quiet and peaceful. I would thoroughly recommend it to my friends.

First time back since 2012 please to say still excellent accommodation. Warm welcome from Kevin and Marjorie who also supplied a lovely welcome hamper which was gratefully received. Would recommend Rivermead Farm to anyone. We will certainly be returning again.
Guest from Stoke On Trent stayed for 7 nights.
From the extremely warm and friendly welcome along with the really generous basket of goodies to the moment we left we felt really comfortable and welcome. All the facilities were perfectly suitable for our stay, the shower was super strong and plenty of hot water available. The kitchen was small but perfectly OK for us - keep the window open though or the smoke detector gets a bit upset ;0) there's a small tv and dvd player and wifi is on offer too but to be fair all you need after a day of exploring Cornwall is a bottle of wine and a good book. The farm is situated in the perfect area to explore some wonderful sights all within really easy driving distance, we recomend Capel Valley vineyard, St Austel brewery, Fowey, Looe (easy & cheap journey from Liskeard rail station), The Eden project and the lost gardens of Heligan. The grounds around the farm are stunning and we wished we'd booked for 2 weeks instead of 1 so that we could have made the most of it. We will definitely be considering a return trip, Marjorie and Kevin have created a wonderful place indeed and we are very grateful for their hospitality.
