Through to the dining room with sea views. Hallway and lounge with comfortable seating and sea views, with a cosy wood burning stove.
First Floor: Master bedroom with king size bed, sea views and en-suite shower room. Second double bedroom with a king size bed and sea views. Third bedroom with standard double bed followed by a bunk bed room with standard sized bunk beds. Family bathroom with free standing bath. Separate WC.
Exterior: Large exterior utility room, large semi-wild garden with external furniture & BBQ facilities.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating and the wood burning stove. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is an electric range cooker, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility area with a washing machine. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital TV & DVD player, and iPod dock. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. A basket of logs are provided for the wood burner, thereafter available from the owner. Up to 2 well behaved dogs will be permitted at a small additional cost of £35 per dog / per week. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.
General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday. Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.

There is a greater range of shops in Helston (famous for its Floral Dance) which is a short drive away or alternatively, the larger towns of Falmouth or Truro have a wide range of shops. The famous Flambards park is located close to Helston.
