Glenleigh Cottage is located in a delightful rural position, close to the main road between St Austell and Truro. The location is perfect for those wishing to explore the whole of Cornwall and is especially close to the South Coast from St Mawes & the Roseland Peninsula to the south, the beautiful gardens of Heligan and Trewithen, the spectacular Eden Project in St Austell and the wonderful harbour towns of Charlestown, Mevagissey and Fowey. There are fantastic sandy beaches within a short drive of the farm on the beautiful nearby coastline which also offers great walking and cycling opportunities.

The cottage itself is a spacious and very well equipped conversion of a stone barn which was completed a few years ago. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a vaulted beamed ceiling. A private garden with a patio area is behind the cottage - a perfect place to enjoy an evening drink or BBQ. This is a wonderful place to stay for those who enjoy a spot of fishing. A beautiful well stocked lake with amongst others Carp, Perch, Bream & Tench is a short walk from the cottage and your fishing is included with any booking!

Accommodation

Ground Floor Only: Kitchen with open plan dining area and sitting room. Master double room with 5"bed & en-suite shower room. Twin Room and separate bathroom.

Exterior: Raised patio garden to the rear with external furniture and BBQ facilities.

Facilities & Services

Heating is via oil fired heating throughout. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave & washer / drier. The sitting room has digital TV with DVD Player and iPod docking station. There is WiFi available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Up to 3 parking spaces are available plus space for a trailer. Regrettably no dogs are allowed. We regret no smoking is permitted. There is a cot & high chair available. There is disabled access throughout the property.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Sunday or Thursday.
Short breaks are available throughout the year.

£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
