We had a
lovely week – more sunshine than showers and managed to get a bit sun tanned, not bad for April. The cottage is lovely and we had a great time watching the boats, the birds and the ginger cat.

The whole holiday was stress free from the moment we arrived. Lovely on the outside, very nice, clean and well maintained on the inside. Everything you need and more was there with an added plus, a wood burning stove: great for sitting around on a cold night and then up to a cosy bed. We shall definitely come back.

We absolutely love Mevagissey and all its character, shops, pubs and tiny roads. This is a real Cornish working harbour and it's a dream. The cottage is perfectly placed with an amazing view. It has been a true home from home and we enjoyed every minute!

Thank you, lovely week in Ferryman's Cottage. This is a perfectly located base to explore all corners of Cornwall and the cottage is cosy and snug regardless of the weather.

A cosy, warm place to stay in the winter: a place full of charm in a great location, made for a great week in Mevagissey. We stayed in more due to how nice it felt on an evening.

We had a wonderful time in your lovely little cottage.
Pretty views over the harbour and so quiet.
There were some interesting gift shops, great bakery and we enjoyed two evenings in the Ship and the Fountain.
The cottage is small but that made it feel very cosy and it's perfect for 2 people.
Good walks on the doorstep and Eden project not too far - we went there on Boxing Day.

Absolutely gorgeous - stunning views. Very well appointed throughout the house - everything we could possible want. Such a lovely place to stay - we will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Beautiful place to stay.

This is an excellent little cottage which met my needs as a single traveller very well indeed.
The location is great and far enough from the centre of the village to avoid the noise.
I liked the layout, which suited me well.
I felt very comfortable there.
I had a great week and will certainly consider staying here again.

Really enjoyed our November Mevagissey experience. Idyllic spot. We enjoyed watching the activity of the harbour from the warmth and comfort of our sofa by the woodburner ! We were very pleased we chose Ferryman's Cottage and wouldn't hesitate to return at a similar time of year and do it all over again. Fantastic base for coastal walks and visiting other local attractions.

| We greatly enjoyed our week here and would recommend it to others.
The view was spectacular, the little outside bench a joy to sit on in the warm autumn sunshine.
We particularly enjoyed being able to walk to Heligan - a real pleasure to abandon the car. |

| We have had a wonderful holiday. Ferryman's Cottage is fantastically situated with spectacular views, minutes away from the hustle and bustle yet lovely and quiet. Fabulous walks so close - not to mention the great ferry ride. We hardy needed the car. |
