In fine weather, the south facing elevated front lawn is perhaps the most delightful place in the village to watch the activities in the bay.
The house will sleep up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
Four of these bedrooms are on the first floor, of which 2 are en-suite.
There is a further double room on the ground floor.
The master double room has superb views across the bay and the additional en-suite double bedroom to the rear of the first floor has the advantage of having zip & link beds for flexibility.
There is also a newly constructed balcony which is accessed from this bedroom which offers a simply wonderful spot to enjoy
the vista.
To the side and rear of the main house is a separate studio room.
The studio is intended to be primarily a games room, however there are 2 wall beds that can be used if additional accommodation is required to sleep the maximum number of people.

A self contained games room with 2 single wall beds and an ensuite shower room.

A large, elevated lawned area with magnificent views.
