	This pretty pink Grade II listed cottage on the harbour front at Mousehole enjoys lovely views of the harbour and its boats, and out to the sea beyond. Children can play on the sandy beach which is just 20 ft from the front door. For the more energetic, there are wonderful bracing coastal walks to enjoy. With its quaint little shops, restaurants and inns, the village of Mousehole has become a favoured holiday location, both in and out of season. This wonderful harbour side cottage is in an enviable location in the heart of the famous Cornish village of Mousehole. With its pretty harbour, spectacular coastline, quaint streets, fascinating shops & boutiques and excellent pubs & restaurants, Mousehole has become a popular destination for many people all year round. One of the most popular & famous events are the superb Christmas harbour lights and during late December the village becomes quite magical.

Debs Cottage is a superbly presented, yet characterful Cornish cottage sleeping up to six people in a double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. The living room and two front bedrooms have excellent views over the harbour and out to sea. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room and dining room where up to six people can enjoy a meal in comfort. The living room is spacious yet full of character with a fully beamed ceiling and a range of comfortable furniture.

Ground Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room & WC.

First Floor: Master double bedroom with king size bed, 2 twin bedrooms, one family bathroom and a shower room with no WC.

Exterior: No outside area

Facilities & Services

Heating is via night storage heaters and the wood burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer. In the utility area there is a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble drier. The living room has a flatscreen, digital TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board available.

Miscellaneous

Electricity, heating & bed linen are all included. You may hire towels at an additional cost. You will need to provide your own logs for the wood burning stove.There is parking available in the main car park only, where there is a daily charge of £2. Up to 2 well behaved medium sized dogs are welcome at a small additional cost of £25 per dog / per week. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is a cot & high chair available.

Arrival / Departure is normally a Friday.
Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.

£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.

A 10% discount is available to a couple only booking outside the peak season.
