Devoran is a lovely quiet location but incredibly centrally placed to access the famous port of Falmouth, the cathedral city of Truro and the many wonderful attractions of south, west and central Cornwall.
The pretty garden has a pond populated by Koy carp so Chy Revader is not suitable for toddlers or dogs.

First Floor: Master double bedroom with a king sized bed, double bedroom & single bedroom.
External: Garden with external furniture & a pond with Koy Carp.

Heating is via central heating throughout and a gas coal effect fire. The kitchen has an electric oven &
gas hob, fridge with separate freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. In the living room area there is a flatscreen Freeview TV & DVD player, CD & Radio.
There is an iron & ironing board.
Miscellaneous
Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included, but you need to bring your own beach towels. There is plenty of on street free parking available. Regrettably no dogs are permitted and no smoking is allowed at the property. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE.
