Tucked away in the dramatic Area of Outstanding Natural beauty in North Cornwall, this superbly presented cottage offers a real escape from reality location. Rolling hills lead down to the stunning cliffs and coastline around Millock Haven beach, a good spot for surfing. The coastal footpath here brings some quite extraordinary views and there are endless lanes to explore. Alternatively, jump in the car for just a few miles to either the expanse of sand at Widemouth Bay or the great choice of beaches around Bude.

From the spacious kitchen to the large wood burner in the sitting room and the pretty bedrooms, this is a comfortable and characterful cottage in which to relax. There is smart limestone tiling throughout the ground floor with plenty of living space to enjoy. The little patio outside is great for enjoying an al fresco meal and there is an enclosed lawned area which is ideal for kids.

Accommodation
Ground Floor: Entrance porch with 2 character sitting rooms, both with log burners and beamed ceilings. There is also a spacious kitchen / diner and a separate utility room.

First Floor: Master double bedroom, second double bedroom and a third twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom and further separate WC.

Exterior: Private enclosed garden with a separate patio including outside furniture. There is a convenient external WC.

Facilities & Services

Heating is via oil fired central heating, a Rayburn style boiler and the wood burners. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer & dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a combined washing machine and tumble drier. There is Freeview TV & DVD player. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron and ironing board.

Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. One basket of logs will be provided on arrival, additional logs can be purchased from the Owner. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted at a small additional cost of £25 per dog / per week. Dogs are allowed downstairs only. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. There is plenty of space for cars to park. Cot and high chair are available but must be pre-booked.

General Booking Information

Arrival / Departure is normally a Sunday in the peak season, but also a Thursday at other times.
Short breaks are available.

£100 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
