Brookfield is a large attached house located in the quaint village of Tregony on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. It is a large, well equipped property overlooking peaceful countryside in this popular part of Cornwall.

A large lounge overlooks the garden and beyond, the paddock with the owner's two friendly ponies and neighbouring woods. Brookfield is comfortably furnished and can easily cater for larger groups. There is a sheltered patio which is ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the sunshine!

First Floor: 1 double bedroom, 3 twin rooms, small room for cot or small bed, Bathroom with WC
Ground Floor: Lounge, Dining Room, large kitchen with separate utility room, single bedroom, shower room with WC.

Miscellaneous
All Bed linen is provided. A highchair and cot is available. Inclusive central heating & electricity. Parking for up to 3 cars. There is a small local store and good pub in Tregony. There is also a good pub nearby at Ruan Lanihorne. St Mawes, St Austell & Truro are all within a 15 minute drive. A well behaved dog is allowed at a small additional charge, but must not be allowed upstairs or be left alone in the property.
