An Bowgy is a Cornish term meaning "the shack", however this chalet is certainly no shack! An Bowgie has been immaculately fitted out by the Owners into a superb 1 bedroom apartment. The chalet is located in the centre of Veryan, this peaceful village in the heart of the Roseland Peninsula in south Cornwall. Ideally located for those wanting to explore the area, the village is no more than a 5 minute drive to the spectacular Carne beach or the charming harbour village of Portloe with dramatic coastal walks nearby. The gardens at Heligan or Caerhays are nearby as are the villages of Portscatho & St Mawes.

The chalet itself has been the subject of a complete makeover by the Owners within the last few years. It has been simply, yet faultlessly fitted out and has the benefit of a private patio area with a BBQ accessed through French windows from the kitchen / lounge area. The chalet also has oil fired central heating and so offers a warm and comfortable place to stay all year round.

Facilities & Services
Heating is via oil fired central heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of modern units, a fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob & cooker, microwave & toaster. There is a TV with DVD player. There is a BBQ for the terrace with external furniture.

Miscellaneous
Bed linen, towels, electricity & heating are all included, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a good sized parking space next to the chalet. 1 well behave dog is permitted. Regrettably, no smoking is permitted. A security deposit of £50 is required for An Bowgy.
